Rachel Zegler took to Instagram to apologize for her heated reaction last week to the re-election of Donald Trump.

After Zegler spoke out about Trump's reelection, the former news anchor demanded that Zegler be replaced as the star of the forthcoming live-action film: “I’m sorry, Disney, she has to go right now.”

To add to the constant confusion around the "Star Wars" franchise, Disney has removed an untitled "Star Wars" movie it had earmarked for a December 2026 release. Disney has instead replaced it with…"Ice Age 6.

Disney has removed a "Star Wars" film previously scheduled for Dec. 18, 2026 from its release calendar. "Ice Age 6" will move into its spot.

That leaves just two Star Wars films still standing on the company’s schedule: A very far-off and untitled movie currently aimed at December 17, 2027, as well as the only one of these movies we expect might actually have a chance in hell of coming out: Jon Favreau’s The Mandalorian And Grogu,
