Coronation Street star Calum Lill has spoken about the outcome of the Joel Deering murder mystery for the first time. Friday's special flashback episode brought the whodunit storyline to a head, as viewers discovered that Lauren Bolton was responsible for striking the killer blow that ended Joel's life.

The soap will stray from its usual 7am streaming releases for tonight's (November 15) episode, in favour of premiering it at 8pm on ITV1 so everyone can find out Joel's killer at the same time. Viewers will see Kit Green's interviews intercut with more flashback scenes from the night of Joel's death until the killer is finally unmasked.
