The first ticket sale for Glastonbury Festival 2025 took place this week and fans shared their reactions to the new queuing system.

Standard Glastonbury Festival tickets for 2025 sold out in less than half an hour after organisers adopted a new booking system.

The festival, which takes place between Wednesday 25 June to Sunday 29 June 2025, has revealed that ticket prices to Glastonbury 2025 have increased by £13.50 on last year, with a general admission full weekend ticket now costing £373.50 plus a £5 booking fee. General admission tickets to the 2024 event cost £360.

Unlucky fans who did not bag tickets to Glastonbury Festival 2025 have taken to social media to slam the new ticket queue system. Festival organisers debuted a set up on Sunday (16 November) where punters were “randomly assigned a place in the queue” rather than refreshing the holding page when tickets went live.
